    Alex has focused primarily on the appraisals of retail assets. This includes extensive experience in the appraisal of major investment properties including regional shopping centres and shopping malls conforming with IFRS standards. Involvement in portfolio appraisals for various companies. Experience in working with large REIT’s, management companies, private and institutional investors. In addition, Alex has done extensive work on retail properties located in secondary/tertiary markets within Ontario, including properties in Northern Ontario. Alex also has experience in preparing appraisal reports for potential arbitration/litigation proceedings with senior level appraisers.
